把面包放最上层  再用一个烤盘装热水放最下层(我一般用70多度的  第一次用沸水热度太高面包发酸了)合上门就可以了

有烤箱发酵功能就可以,西点吐司面包,第一次要1到2小时,发到2倍大就可以,整好造型第2次发酵半个小时,就可以烤了。
